The Taoist Sets of Nine Method

October 2, 2013

One method for lasting longer is to go with a “slow, slow, quick-quick, slow” rhythm.  The slow thrusts should be deep, and the two quick strokes should be more shallow.  This rhythm — as well as the “Sets of Nine” routine — can be done in any kind of sex position thought missionary tends to be the best.

Another method is from the ancient Taoists.  It is called “sets of nine” and it goes like this.

  • Nine shallow strokes
  • One deep stroke and seven shallow ones
  • Two deep strokes and seven shallow ones
  • Three deep strokes and six shallow ones
  • Four deep strokes and five shallow ones
  • Five deep strokes and four shallow ones
  • Three deep strokes and six shallow ones
  • Two deep strokes and seven shallow ones
  • One deep stroke and eight shallow ones
  • Nine deep strokes

Apparently the taoists thought this sequence thoroughly massaged both the cock and the vag optimum acupressure point activation.  It might also help prevent the guy from cumming too quick.  Interesting to see whether this method could be combined with the “slow, slow, quick-quick, slow” method.  Perhaps I will try.
